Our wingfoil camp in Essaouira is designed for riders who want dedicated foil progression in one of Morocco's flattest, windiest bays. Learn wing handling on the beach, then move to the water with mast, board and wing tuned for your level — all included in one clear package.
No kitesurf experience required, though water confidence helps. We teach complete beginners on large stable boards before reducing volume as you improve. Combine with morning surf on our Surf & Wing Week (€580) for the classic Essaouira double session.

How We Structure a Wingfoil Camp Week
Foil progression
Afternoon sessions when wind fills in on flat water. Mornings optional for surf or recovery.
Days 1–2
Wing handling & first glides
Beach wing control, neutral position, power strokes and board starts on a stable high-volume foil board in knee-deep water.
Days 3–4
Foiling & sustained flight
First lifts, pumping technique, short glides and controlled touchdowns. Gear adjustment for wind 15–25 kt.
Day 5
Jibes & upwind basics
Linked tacks, basic jibes on foil and reading wind shadows in the bay. Video debrief after each session.
Days 6–7
Autonomous riding & wave intro
Independent sessions with spot supervision. Advanced riders explore small wave wing or downwind lines when conditions allow.
Wingfoil needs consistent wind — we prioritise March–June and September–October for camp weeks, but run year-round when forecasts allow.
